OZAA Executive Director, Aaron Grau; Public Policy Chair, Adam Greene; and Board Chair, Kyle Walker were in attendance for Carmo Companies Opportunity Zone Meeting at the San Francisco Ritz-Carlton on April 9th. The event highlighted Opportunity Zone projects that have been completed and are in the process of raising capital. Additionally several family offices and investors provided their perspectives on the current OZ marketplace and suggested there may be increased investor activity in May and June of 2019.
